"It's Not Cool to be Cruel" Anti - Bullying Program - Unite against bullies ![]()
A Year 11 student at Elderslie High School, Nathan was inspired to develop his program through past personal experiences with bullying and his passion to help others overcome bullying in schools. In 2006, his program won the State Excellence Award at the Ministers 'Young Designer's Award. Wests Tigers and Nathan formed a partnership in 2008 to take his project to another level to be used in schools. Enough is Enough approached Wests Tigers in February this year with a view to adding
further content and merit to the program. Today, Nathan, Wests Tigers and Enough is Enough have formed a three-way partnership.
Ken Marslew, CEO EIE, said it was great to see sporting teams getting behind the cause. "This is a real strategy that, with community support, will make a positive difference. We all need to take a proactive approach to dealing with the problem of violence in society," he said.
