Since 1995 The Enough is Enough Counselling and Support Unit has provided effective Child psychologists Sutherland Shire, counselling and support groups services drawing from proven therapies and our own unique experience working with people in crisis to bring about healing, hope and growth for all members in our community.
We provide a professional service with fully qualified counsellors and psychologists – all of whom belong to professional Counselling Associations.
We conduct individual, group or couple counselling either face to face or via telephone counselling. Counselling is available for everyone, regardless of cultural or religious background. You can be referred by an agency, a family member or friend, or refer yourself to our service.
We will work through any negative life patterns that are holding you back and empower you with the confidence and ability to make true self choices and lead a happy and fulfilling life.

Certificate courses on a range of issues – e.g. Anger/Stress Management, Compassion Fatigue.
Get practical and emotional support. All support groups are facilitated by experienced staff.
